Spa" ("Salutem Per agua"), that is to say, health through water. In the spa we can enjoy water circuits that provide various pressures and temperatures, with facilities designed to help you recover a physical and mental equilibrium during your treatment. Spending time in the spa is a healthy and fun way to to improve our vital energy.

Water is essential for life and has been used since time immemorial in diverse treatments. The use of water for therapeutic and medicinal means is given the name hydrotherapy and its basic principle is to apply this liquid element to different parts of our body with the objective of provoking reactions which are beneficial for our health.

Contrasting temperatures help to improve our blood circulation while water pressure provides a sedative micromassage that improves our muscular apparatus. Alleviating stress and toning the body are the principal objectives of our centre.

Depending on your needs, we can suggest the most appropriate circuit to follow. Our facilities include the following:

- Hydrotheraphy pool. Hot water pool with various jets of water located at different heights to treat every part of your body. Eases tension, improves circulation and has a relaxing effect.
- Contrast pools. Hot water at 38º and a cold pool at 10º. Immersing oneself in cold water stimulates and tones the body and also causes vascular constriction after the dilation which occurs in the hot water. Repeated several times, the contrast stimulates blood circulation and helps to strengthen vascular walls.
- Mini bubble pool. Water at 36º, which is ideal for relaxing the musculature and helping accumulated tension to disappear.
- Finnish sauna . Cabin with 10% humidity and 70 to 80° C, for maximum relaxation. Occasionally ladle small amounts of water over hot stones to produce steam. This treatment is indicated for muscular contractures and prior to therapeutic massage. It helps to dilate bronchial tubes, regulates blood pressure, and improves cardiac rhythm and circulation.

- Turkish bath. Cabin with damp heat also known as a thermal bath, "hamman" or "caldarium". An environment of 45º C and a humidity of 99% is maintained. Has a hydrating effect, aids in the decongestion of airways, cleans the skin by opening up the pores and has a sedative effect.
- Bithermal shower. A Scottish shower with jets of water and different programmes which alternate pressure and temperature, providing an energetic sensation from head to toe. Balances the circulatory system after heat treatments. Improves circulation, tones and loosens muscles, and decongests localized nodules of fat and cellulite.
- Vichy shower. For the sensation of an all-over massage, lying on a bed beneath a shower of micro-jets which alternate temperature. Facilitates hygiene during body wrap treatments

using mud, seaweed, chocolate, etc. Improves the effectiveness of massage, has a sedative affect and is effective against rheumatism.
- Jet shower. For hydromassage treatments, producing contrasts of hot and cold. The water is applied by a hose, the intensity and temperature of the water being controlled by the therapist. Mobilises connective and muscular tissue and unblocks, relaxes and tones the body.
- Foot massage. Walk over rounded pebbles that massage the soles of the feet while jets of hot and cold water ( 10ºC-40ºC ) help aid circulation in the tops of the calves. Prevents, improves and alleviates circulatory disorders. At the same time, it activates circulation in the soles of the feet while stimulating energy points that control the rest of the body and eliminate the feeling of heaviness.
- Bucket shower. Includes a system for selecting the temperature and is a fun way to give you the contrast you need at any time during the circuit.

- Massage room. The perfect complement to a spa treatment. Massage as a therapy offers infinite benefits such as: improving circulation, preventing and treating pain and muscular spasms, reducing tension and anxiety, calming the nervous system and promoting a feeling of relaxation and well-being.
- Relaxation room. Finish your circuit by enjoying a juice or herbal tea to gain necessary energy and help you return once again to reality, with renewed strength.
